Shipping policy

Item lead times are generally 7-10 business days.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

No shipping of products will be undertaken without payment. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product they have chosen is entirely suitable for the purpose for which it is ultimately intended.

All goods MUST be examined ON RECEIPT and if damaged, the carrier’s note endorsed accordingly. FISH EAGLE LURES MUST BE INFORMED OF DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY- If not informed within 24 hours of signing the delivery docket there will be NO claim for damages. Failure to comply will cause the carrier to refute the claim and the entire cost must be borne by the customer.
